Mr Henry Labouchere, in Truth, publishes a severe article on the manigomenfc of the Melbourne Exhibition. Ho compares the management with what he calls the “ South Kensington gang,” and alleges that a certain, ring hits been formed for the purpose of charging exhibitors for space (or which they wer" previously not supposed to have - to pay. The Committee went so far as to threaten the -exhibitors that no space would be allotted them unless the charges were paid.
