PRESBYTERIAN SABBATH SCHOOL, TEMUKA.
The annual distribution of prizes in connection with the Presbyterian Sabbath School took place in the church on Sunday last. Besides the scholars, there, was a good attendance of parents and others present. The Rev. J. Dickson conducted the proceedings, and, briefly addressed those present; The prizes were distributed as follows : Girbjß.
First Class: Teacher, Miss Milson—--Ist prize, Eleanor Storey; 2nd, Annie McCaskill; 3rd, Sarah Cab. Second Class: Teacher, Mr Russell—--Ist prizi, Rebecca Smith and May Goodey (equal); 2ad, Ellen Cooper ; 3rd, Minnie Smith.; A special prize was presented to Rebecca Smith by the teacher.! Third Clasß: Teacher, MissMcCalloiigh —let prize, Mary McCaskill; 2nd, Marion MoCaskill; 3rd, Maggie Findlay.
