It is officially announced that Russia will maintain a permanent force of 300,000 men on the Austrian and German frontier.

The Hungarian and Austrian Press pay great respect to Her Majesty, and express the opinion that iier meeting wi’h the Emperor of Austria is evidence of the friendship existing between England and Austria, and the mutual alliance of the two nations,

Her Majesty Queen Victoria was most cordially welcomed on her arrival at Innesbruck, by the Emperor Francis Joseph of Austria. Constantinople, April 21.
It is suspected that Russia is intriguing in Macedonia, and in consequence of this the Porte is sending troops and guns there.
