It baa been decided to strengthen the Bourgas, Yarns and Macedonia positions on tbs frontier. The Porta is increasing the troops on the Bulgarian frontier, and a note has been forwarded asking an explanation, Sistova, March 31.
It is reported here that a Russian flying corps is being organimd at Kichsnoff to operate in Bu’gariaj
London, March 29.
Inquiries made into the circumstances connected with the French squadron firing upon the Italian steamer Solferino prove that the affair was quite accidental, and the incident has been arranged satisfactorily, St. Petersburg, March 29.
It is reported that General Qourko will be appointed to the command of the Russian forces now stationed on the western frontier. The Russian Government are about to ask the Great Powers to declare Bulgaria contumacious.
