IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, Not. 10, Tha appeal made by the Crown against the decision of the magistrates who dismissed the charge preferred egainst Mr Sullivan, M.P,, in the' Dublin Police Court, was beard to-day, in the Exchequer Division of the Irish Court of Justice. After hearing argument on both sides, the Court granted the appeal. The presiding Baton, in delivering judgment, stated that tbei case against Mr Sullivan must be re-heard, on tbs ground that the magistrates acted wrongly in dismissing the charge in the lower Court. Mr Jasper Pyne, member for West Waterford, againit whom a summons was issued charging him with inciting resistance to the sheriff, has commenced fortifying his residence, Lesfaring Castle, County Waterford, to prevent arrest. Nov. 12. Lord Cork’s tenants refuse to pay any rent until O’Brien lias been released from gaol. Football clubs are being formed in Ireland to take the place of the National League. ,
