London, Sept. 27. News is to hand from Youghal, County Cork, Ireland, that the rails have been removed and telegraph lines cut on the railway between Mogelly and Killeagh to prevent the police and military arriving at Youghal to be present at the evictions which are to take place there. Sept. 28. The police while engaged in evicting a tenant at Parteer were savagely resisted by the villagers. The lawless condition of Ireland is increasing.
