FRENCH AFFAIRS.
London, Sept. 27. Count Munster, German Ambessador at Paris, has assured M. Flourens, French Minister of Foreign Affairs, that a searching enquiry will be held by the German authorities into the recent shooting on the frontier. Sept. 28. The Germans assert that the recent shooting incident occurred on German territory, Paris, Sept. 29. Prince Bismarck has communicated to M. Flourens, the Flourens Foreign Minister, his deep regret at the recent deplorable incident on the frontier, and has promised the fullest reparation if the Germans are found to h»Te been to blame, Berlin, Sept. 28. A semi-official statement has been published here maintaining that the French sportsmen who were shot on the frontier were in German territory at the time.
