Loudon, Jaly 29. During a debate last night in Committee in the Commons on the Irish Land. Bill, a most disorderly scene occurred, Mr Henley, who was addressing the Home, resented the interruptions of Mr DeLisle, member for Loughborough, Leicestershire, and threatened to break that gentleman's neck, whereupon he was admonished by the Speaker and suspended for a fortnight. July 30. In the House of Commons to-day, the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in Committee, when eighteen clauses were adopted. A warm debate took place upon the focrth clause, permitting the substitution of written notice in place of notice that judgment of eviction had been obtained.
