IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, April 3. Lord Randolph Churchill, speaking at South Paddington, announced his concurrence with the Government policy towards Ireland and in other important matters. He was, however, unable to defend tbe wasteful expenditure on the army and navy, and claimed that a million and a half might easily be saved. The infusion of Liberals in the Cabinet was a great advantage, He ridiculed the idea that he resigned through personal ambition, The prosecution of Mr Dillon and others has been abandoned. April 5. Mr Gladstone is engaged in organising a series of anti-coercion demon, etrations, notably one to be held in Hyde Park on the 11th.
