Sofia, Sept. 24. The Bulgarian Regency, 'fearing Russian occupation, has appealed to lh« Saltan for assistance. Sepfi. 25. General Kaulbars, who has arrived in this city, has presented an ultimatum to the Regency demanding the adjourn* ment of the elections for ‘the Grand Assembly ; also, that those persons who had been imprisoned for complicity in the arrest and deposition ; of- Prinoa Alexander shall be released forthwith.
