EGYPTIAN AFFAIRS.
London, Sept, 18, Sir Jas. Ferguson, Under - Secretary for Foreign Affaire, in reply to a question as to the proposals of the Government in regard to Egppt, stated that it bad been decided not to withdraw British troops from that country until the proposed reforms in administration bad been executed. Sir James Ferguson further announced that Nubar Pasha, President of the Egyptian Council of Ministers, was coining to Loudon at the request of the British Government to confer with Ministers as to the reforms to be introduced in Egypt. Russia and Turkey are persistently urging Engl md to evacute Egypt. { The Friendlies haae captured Tamai. Paris, Sept, 18.
Intelligence has been received from Dougola that a large force of rebels under Dervishes are massing at that place.
