The followiag is the report for the week ending Wednesday *— • Wheal— I There is nothing fresh to note in (he values of this cereal since last reporting, and in fad very little business is being transacted. Prime milling velvet and Tuscan is worth 4s 81 to 4s 9d ; medium, 4s 41 to 4s 7d ; inferior and fowl wheat,‘3s 9d to 4s 2d. Oats— 'lransactions during the past week have been limited. Best milling is worth 2s 4d to 2s 5d ; bright feed, 2s 3d to 2s 4d ; medium, 2s Id to 2s 2d ; off color. Is 1J.(1 to 2s, Barley—Mailing, 3s l|d, but choice quality would fetch 3s 3d. Feed and milling are wanted at 2s 3d to 2s dd. Ryegrass—Farmers’ undressed samples are worth from 3s 9d to ss; machinedressed, 6a 3d to fjs 6d. Potatoes—£3 f.ss for Southern, and $4 for JTorlhern. Butter—Salt is slow of sale at 8i to 9d for prime, and 6d to 7d for pastry. Fresh is in fair supply at lid to Is. Eggs—ls Id per dozen. Turnips —Yery slow at 20s. Carrots—4os. Monday dry crossbred skins brought from Is 31 to 4s 4d ; do merinos, Is Id to 3s 5d ; pelts, Id to lOd ; green crossbreds brought 3s 6d to 4s lOd ; do merinos, 2s lOd to 3s 9 I. Hides—Quotations are: For inferior and bulls’, 2J to medium, 3|d to 3|d ; heavy (601 b imd over, free from cuts and offal), 4d per lh. Tallow—Prime rendered ie worth from £lB to £2O; medium, £ls to £l7 ; inferior, £l2 to £l4. Rough fat: prime, £lO to £l2 ; mixed, £8 to £IQ ; inferior, £6 to £7 per too,
