Madras, Dec. 14. King Theebaw arrived here from Rangoon to-day, a prisoner. An arrangement has been concluded by which King Theebaw and hie Queen
will be quartered here. A residence has been provided for them, and, though they will not be kept close prisoners, they will be under surveillance. :
