London, Oct. 15,
A Servian attack upon Bulgaria is imminent. It is reported that sixty thousand Austrian troops will reinforce Bosnia and Herzegovina.
St. Petersburg, Oct. 13
The semi-official Journal de St. Petersburg, in an article on the Bulgarian difficulty, expresses the opinion that, owing to the c'aims advanced by the minor states it will be found advisable to uphold the integrity of the Treaty of Berlin.
Constantinople, Oct. 15
The Envoys of the various Powers have informed the Porte that their respective Governments condemn the recent violation of the Treaty of Berlin, and that they approve of the pacific altitude taken by turkey.
