The Second Foal Stakes op 1885, of 20 sovs. each. The second horse to receive 50 sovs. from the prize, and the breeder of the winner 100 sovs. from the A.J.C, One mile and a quarter. Mr W, Kelso’s First Chester 1 Mr J. Mnna<;hau’a (n) Eagle Grange ... 2 Hon. J. White's Lennox 3 Time —2min 15Jseos. The Sydney Handicap, a handicap sweepstake of 5 sovs. each, with 200 sovs. added.
