TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —It is now some time since it was known that the lion, the Minister of Defence had graciously accepted the services of those men who tendered their services as riflemen, and I have beard many of the young men express surprise at the delay in“ swearing in ” the men, Hoping Captain Moors will move in the matter, —I am, etc.,
