THE LATE ST. SAYIOUR'S CHURCH CONCERT, TEMUKA.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— “Old Temukaite" in replying to my letter in your issue of 24th ult. enters into personalities which are both uncalled for and ungentlernanly “In most people’s ” minds it is not sufficient to hand tickets to the performers on entering the hall, but it is usual to send them atleast one day before a concert. I have no desire to go hand in hand with “Old Temukaite” to teach courtesy to_ the people of Temuka. previous experience having shown me they need it not, but on this occasion, probably through “Old Temukaite ” having almost if not entirely the management of the concert, there was a lack of it. The last paragraph in his letter is as childish as it is nonsensical. — I am, etc, Amateur.
