Messrs Robert Wilkin and Co, report : —At the Addington Yards on Wednesday, 4-363 sheep and 486 head of cattle were yarded. There was a fairattendance of the trade, and prices ruled very irregular throughout the sale. Fat Sheep—A limited supply offered, a few lines of which were of-prime quality, and commanded fair competition, and prices a shade in advance of lute rates were obtained, A largo supply of fat lambs found buyers at satisfactory rates. The supply ot fat cattle was greatly in excess of the requirements cf the trade, and a large proportion not reaching owners’ reserves were turned out unsold, while there was « better demand for good conditioned well-grown two and three-year-old stores, which made a ready sale at prices about equal to late rales. We sold from the Acton estate quarter bred wethers at 12s O'd and 12s ; cross-breds, at 10s 3d and IC s 6 .1; and merino wethers, at 7s 9d. On account of other clients, medium quality cross-bred ewes at 9s 9d ; mcriii" wethers, from 7s to 7s lud. Fatlnubs from 7s 3d to 8s 6d. Fat steers, at £8 K>s. Store cows, from £3 Gs to £4 10 s.

Fat and tallow—The trade was well represented, and there was a spirited competition. Fifty-three packages were catalogued and all sold. Fat, b-st qnaldy, c'ean and well saved, to per 11) ; s?cond quality, to 2£d per 11) ; inferior, at per lb ; tallow, 24s per cwt for host quality, 19s and 19s 6d per cwt for second qndity. Hides and calfskins not sold.
