Dervish Pasha, who has been instructed to arrest and deport obstinate Albanians, is now stormbound with his ships and troops at the Island of Corfu. Berlin, Oct. 30. In consequence of the increase of Socialism in many parts’ of Geimany, and in Hamburg particularly, the Government has placed that city in a state of siege a& against Socialists. Constantinople, Oct. 30,. Dervish, Pasha, who was recently ordered to proceed to Dulcigno with three battalians of Turkish troops, been instructed by the Porte to arrest all Albanians who show obstinate determination to resist the cession of Dulcigno. Nov. 2. It is, stated that Riza Pasha has occu-> pied Hashan. Rome, Nov. 2. General Garibaldi, is now on a visit to Milan.
