Jennings, Execu ive Commissioner at the Sydney Exhibition, has been created Commander, and that Mr John Ddvies, a prominent memb r of the Sydney Commission, has been created Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George. Mr Parnell's private secretary has been arrested under warrant, charged with conspiracy. Vienna, Oct. 26. The Emperor of Austria is making strenuous efforts to maintain peace in the south-east of Europe, and causing a reduction to be made in the Austrian army, now in occupation of Bosnia. Oct. 27. A difficulty has arisen between Austria and Servia in regaid to the commercial relations of the two countries. Athens, Oct 26. A new Greek Ministry has been formed under the Presidency of Mr Conmoudours. Oct. 27. Conmoudouros, the newly appointed Greek Premier, will it is annonnced, act without- colleagues, and as President of the Council wWI be the sole responsible Minister of the King. Calcutta, Oct. 26. A report has been received that the city of Cabul is in a state of anarchy, and that the Ameer, Abdur Rahman, has been murdered. Constantinoplb, Oct. 27. Dervich Pasha, with three battalions of Turkish troops, has been ordered to proceeJ to Dulcigno, in consequence of the continued determination of the Albanians to obstruct its surrender to Montenegro. Paris, Oct. 27. Tho French Government has opened negotiations with a view to arrange for an extension of the mail service between Bourbon and Mauritus and Australia.
