Plaintiff applied for an . adjournment, which was granted. : HV.dr rson v Pile Claim LS 18s. Balance on a 'contract. Mr Austin for plaintiff, Mr Johnston for defendant. His Worship considered the evidence to be so conflicting that he rionsnifed plaintiff. LICENSING COURT. (Before F. Coin ess, Esq., S. D. Barker, Esq., and J. A. Gammack, Esq.) Wednesday, Dec. 10. Mr Johnston applied, on behalf of Mr Bartley, licensee of the Caledonian Hotel, Temuka, in support of an application, for a confirmation of the remporory transfer obtained by bun in September List. Anp'ication granted. The Court then adjourned.
