Cetcwayo’s army is reported to be mustering - in largo numbers. June 14. The latest news from the Cape states that Isandula had been reconnoitred and no enemy seen. The bodies of the fallen were collected and buried with military honors. The General in commend advanced to Laved, where he awaited reinforcements. CoNSTANTiNon/B, June 14. The Sultan has confirmed the new Constitution of Crete, which allows .selfgovernment, the freedom of worship, and the levying and disbursement of taxes.
