Quislings To Celebrate Betrayal of Norway
Rugby, Aug. 31. According to reliable reports from Oslo, leaders of the National Samling (Norwegian Quisling Party) have almost completed preparations for a proclamation of Parliament during a big Quisling rally called for September 25 to 27 to celebrate the second anniversary oi Major Quisling's assumption to power. Since no elections can be held the principle of the, Quisling Parliament will be that of a delegation from the main organisations and associations in the country.
