Extra Day For Taranaki
The Poverty Bay Hunt Club has decided to abandon its meeting, which was set down for October 26. It is understood that the permit will be allocated to the Taranaki Jockey Club. If so, the club will probably make use of the extra day at its Cup meeting next year, racing on two succcssive Saturdays.
