Change-over Supply is Distributed Over Whole Area
Dairy factories between Eltham and Urenui, which constitutes the area in Taranaki from which the greatest increase in cheese is expected, have enlarged their output by ihe following additional supply:—
In addition, increases not equal to full vats, have been reported from the smaller factories of Ihaia, Opua, Oxford, Newall, Brooklands, Kahui and Warea. Opunake and Okato, two factories that previously catered for the full supply drawn from their districts, alone of all the companies located in this area will not increase their supply to a material extent by the change over from home separation to cheese supply.
