SHOOTING AT MANAIA
HAWERA TEAM DEFEATED
Manaia defeated Hawera in a miniature rifle match at the Manaia Legion of Frontiersmen range on Wednesday. Manaia's aggregate was 664 and Hawera's 647. Hawera was two men short, and two Manaia men completed the team. It i.s hoped next season to commence regular competition matches between the teams providing ammunition is available.
