DEBT JUDGMENTS

CLAIMS AT NEW PLYMOUTH Judgment by default was given by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., on the following claims for debt at New Plymouth yesterday: — W. Richards v. L. Arthur Edward Samuel Corkill, £1 17s 6d (8s); same v. Arthur Williams, £4 10s 6d (£1 5s 6d); same v. Theresa Nolly, £7 16s (15s Bcl). . . Under judgment summonses R. S. Hawkins was ordered to pay Warnocks Drapery Ltd. £2 forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment. and Thomas Tito to pay the Taranaki Hospital Board £6 15s 6d and 15s 6d costs forthwith, in default six days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended during payment of 10s a week.
