RESULTS FROM OPUNAKE

Club competitions at Opunake are now entering their final stages. In the semifinal of the intermediate championship, P. Harding, ' last year's title-holder, was defeated by J. Yep in an even contest which had to be carried on to the 19th hole. Championship results were: — Intermediate: Secqnd round. T. B. Fouhy won by default. Semi-final: J. Yep beat P. Harding at the 19th. Junior: Second round, C. Quinn won by default. In the Spring Cup semi-final, J. Hooper beat E. G. Snell 4 and 3. Other semij finalists are €. Otene and L. Baker. !
