TOURNAMENT FINAL PLAY The final three rounds of the progressive pairs tournament held by the South Taranaki Indoor Bowling Association were played at Hawera on Thursday night. . . Laurent (Druids B) was the successful skip (6 wins), Trigger (Post Office) had 5% wins while remaining wins were Bridgwood and; Sheehan (4 each) . The winning lead -was Corbett (Bennett and Sutton), 4Vfe wins aggregate 74, McAsey (Railway) being second with 4% wins, aggregate 70, Brough, Bernard, Goodhue and Hitchcock each scored 4 wins for the leads.

MacBeth 16 beat Cowie and Cummings 6, Broi.gh and Thurston 11 beat Thomson and Storm 6, Keys and Hopkins 15 beat Phillips and Bell 5, Hayson and Trigger 11 beat Corbett and A. G.
