WATER FOWL SEASON

OPEN PERIOD DESIRED Representations to the Minister of Internal Affairs for an open period for water fowl next year of 14 days, the same as last year, are to be made by the Taranaki Acclimatisation Society through the North Island council. This is in accordance with a. decision reached by the society at a meeting on Wednesday night, when it was reported that a close season for 1941 had been gazetted.
