RAHOTU PLUNKET NOTES
The Rahotu hall was the scene of the annual Plunket dance organised by the local committee, of which Mrs. H. Clarke is president and Mrs. A. Lowry secretary. Messrs. B. Watson and C. Looney were masters of ceremonies. The funds will benefit considerably. The Anglican guild held a siiccessful fi:>g five hundred pnrty in the Rahotu hall supper room. Eleven tables were engaged in play. Prizes for the highest number of flags wcnt to Mesdames HaskHl, Pepperill, Amy and J. Dalton. Lucky numbers went to Mr. Waswo and Mrs. Hodson, while L. Wright annexed the lucky door number. Mrs. Morgan, president of the guild, thanked all for making the evening a success. Personal. Mrs. MacDavitt spent a week-end at Waitara as the guest of her mother. Mrs. Brabant. / Miss Volkze, New Plymouth, has been siaying with Mrs. Barr, Opourapa Road.
