HOME NURSING CLASS

ASSISTANCE FOR V.A.D.'S A home nursing class which will be specially helpful for intending members of the Voluntary Aid Dctachment will .start this month at the Y.W.C.A.. it was reported at the monthly mecting of the New Plymouth branch of the St. Jolm Ambulance Association on Saturday night. The organising secretary for the street day appeal, Mr. L. Cave, reported that £276 9s 7d was collected. It was decided to hold a social evening for all those who helped on the street day. The present rooms not being large enough to hold classes the association has now settled in the Victoria League rooms
