BISHOP AT TONGAPORUTU
On Sunday. September 8, the Rt. Rev. C. A. Cherrington, Bishop of Waikato, visited Tongaporutu, where he confirmed five candidates. His Lordshop was emphatic in stressing the point that this day should be the start of a regular and sincere Christian life. Mesdames I. Johnson and H. O'Donnell and Misses E. Kendri'ck and J. Lewis had decorated the Tongaporutu hall.
