CO-OPERATION URGED
SIKH LEADER'S OPINION Rec. 6.30 p.m. Lahore, Sept. 14. A veteran Sikh leader, Taran Singh, offered to raise 100,000 recruits in the event of the Indian Congress reaching an agreement with Britain. He also sent a letter to Mr. Gandhi and' the Congress urging the Congress to' co-operate with Britain owing to the dangers to India if Britain was defeated.
