First steps: Keith Bloor, merit (piano), Manaia Convent; Maureen Chadwick and Betty Dudding, merit (piano). Initial: Patricia McCarty, merit (piano). Junior grade: Doris Veale (merit) singing; Grace Smith (pass) piano.
