FORM OF PEARL OF ASIA
In her first race since the autumn, 7 :-rl of Asia made a great bid to win the Putiki Hack from "end to end at Awapuni on Saturday, but the well seasoned Hasten just outstayed her at the finish. She was confidently supported in the Moutoa Hack on Saturday, but suffered a check in the running at about the .five furlongs and was not afterwards dangerous. She is looking well after her spell and may yet fulfil the promise that she gave as a two-year-old.
