SWIMMING.
Skipper Francis is coming to New Plymouth as swimming instructor at the Borough Council baths for this season. The Skipper was captain of the crack "Welsh Swimming Club —Cardiff Premiers—in 1012, and is the holder oi tlie Royal Life-saving Society’s medallion and certificate.
