ARRANGEMENTS ADVANCED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The council of the New Zealand Football Association to-night decided to substitute a match with Canada at Timaiti instead of at Masterton on July 6, the team coming from there to Wellington for the third test. Mr. J. M. Downie (Auckland) was appointed advance agent for the Canadian tour, subject to the salary, travelling expenses, etc., being agreed with the special committee. A cable is to be sent to the Prime Minister asking him to congratulate the Canadian Prime Minister on the arrangements being completed for the Canadian team to visit New Zealand.
