RELATIONS WITH THE YELLOWS.

London, Nov. 14. England’s old alliance with Japan was one of the greatest experiments in working out a practical solution of the brotherhood of man, said Sir lan Hamilton, at the unveiling of the Scunthorpe War Memorial. There might be bloodshed in China to-molrow and, if it began it might be contagious.
