TWO YOUNG MEN CHARGED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Nov. 12. In the Police Court, Ronald George Collins, aged 33, and Francis Edward Higgle, aged 24, were charged with having stolen £l4 Cs 8d at Wellington, the property of IJte Provident Life Insurance Company, and Diggle with -attempting to obtain, with intent to defraud, £5 commission from Neville W. Travis by false pretences. The police stated that numerous other charges in various parts of the Dominion would be preferred against Collins and that Diggle had been working “in conjunction with Collins. Accused were remanded till November 18.
