A HEAVY DEFICIT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 23, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, Dec. 21. The Federal Council has adopted the provisional budget for 1923. The figures following are all in milliards of marks: —Revenue 18%, including 449 for general administration purposes; 206 for the execution of the Peace Treaty. The total deficit is 751 milliards of marks, of which only 99 are expected to be available from the proceeds of the compulsory loan.—Reuter.
