SHADE BEATS KEISER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Dec. 20. At Albany, Shade (Australia) defeated Fay Keiser in 12 rounds. Shade fought with two ribs broken, and Keiser broke his right hand in the fourth round. BAN ON WILLARD. Received Dec. 21, 9.15 p.m. New York, Dec. 20. The State Boxing Commission has permanently barred Willard from participating In any professional bouts in this State, on the ground that he Is beyond the thirty-eight year limit. It is expected similar commissions in other States will take the same action, in which event there is a probability that his bout with Dempsey will be cancelled.
