ADVICE TO IDLE SEAMEN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A meeting of seamen was addressed to-day by Mr. Glover, president of tne Watersiders’ Federation. No announcement was made, but it is understoo the seamen were advised to ro ’ nain loyal to the union and carry out' the instructions of the federation. It is also stated there was some hostile questioning as to why the watersiders had not joined the seamen and that the reply made was that the watersiders were awaiting the result of the ballot on their own award.
