BOYCOTTING FOREIGNERS.
'PRUSSIAN MINISTRY’S ACTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Dec. 18. The Prussian Ministry for the Interior has issued an order that all foreigners renting dwellings without, permits from the housing bureaux shall, be sum marily expelled as undesirables. The Federal Labor Ministry has prepared a decree forbidding the entry of foreign workers in order to prevent competition. The Bavarian police are now collecting an illegal anti-treaty tax on foreigners by threatening the imprisonment of those refusing to pay.
