SWIMMING.
DISPLAY BY CHAMPIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association Hamilton, Last Night. At a swimming carnival here, yesterday, an exhibition was given by W. Harris, of Honolulu, world's champion swimmer, and Miss P. Hoeft, Auckland’s champion swimmer. They also competed in one handicap event each, and giving liberal handicaps, just, failed to win. In the 66 yards for men, the winner’s time was 47 3-5 sec., while Harris’ time was 30 sec.
