THE PEOPLE’S. LAST NIGHT OF “CHIVALROUS CHARLEY.” In “Chivalrous Charley,’' Selanifek’s latest production, which screens to-night at the’People's, Eugene O'Brien demonstrates that all the gun-slinging, comedy, punch and broncho busting is not done by Doug. Fairbanks, Chaplin and Tox Mix, for Saturday night’s audience were thrilled with this fine actor’s work. Whether he’s astride a bucking .broncho, a speeding motor-cycle, at the wheel of an auto, or a motor-boat, or whether he’s plunging ovei’ a cliff into the water to the rescue of beauty in distress, “Chivalrous Charley,” as portrayed by Eugene O'Brien, is the most likable Irishman you will ever see. Episode 9 of “The Blue Fox” is also on this programme. EVERYBODY’S. ANITA STEWART FEATURE AND LARRY SEMON COMEDY TO-NIGHT. One of the best photo-plays of the season, with one of the screen s most popular stars, is “The Invisible Fear,” starring Anita Stewart, which shows tonight and to-morrow at Everybody’s. Miss Stewart plays the part of Sylvia Langdon, who is wooed by two men. One of them suddenly disappears, and Sylvia believes he has been burned to death in a cabin. Due to an episode which has preceded the fire, she keeps silent the fact that she had seen a body being consumed by the flames, but throughout the years the “invisible fear,” the haunting recollection, is ever present, despite her happy marriage. Then one day the “victim” appears in the midst of'a dinner party being given in honor of Sylvia’s birthday. Sylvia is so astounded and horror-stricken that she falls under Ills sway. What follows makes the story strikingly original, teeming With mystery, romance and artventure, Gorgeous sets have been provided for the attraction, most of the scenes taking place in an imposing mansion. a country club in the woods.
