The Seamen’s Union will meet on Monday to discuss Mr. Justice Powersultimatum to choose between a strike or arbitration. There is a slight prospect that the boycott of the Union Company’s vessels will be lifted next week. ANOTHER STEAMER RELEASED. Received Dec. 17, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, Dec. 17. The motor-ship Hauraki sailed for Adelaide enroute to Vancouver with a volunteer crew, after live weeks’ delay. FREE LABOUR AT AUCKLAND. Auckland, December 10. Labour is offering freely at this port. It is expected the Manuka, which has been delayed some time, will leave for Sydney next Friday. The Navua for the Western Pacific and the Moeraki for Sydney left yesterday with volunteer crews.
