POLICE PURSUE BANDITS. TWO PERSONS KILLED. By Telegraph.—Press Awn.—Copyrlfih Received Nov. 29, 10.5 p.m. New York, Nov. 29. K At Columbus, Ohio, an unusual chaoe, resulting in the death of two persons and the serious wounding of two others, recurred within the city limits. Four men stole an automobile and fired upon two policemen, who attempted to arrest them, killing one officer. The other policeman shot and killed a bandit, but the remainder escaped. A posse started in chase and surrounded the remaining bandits in a deserted farmhouse. One bandit attempted to commit suicide and injured himself seriously. An other attempted to escape and broke his leg in a fall; while a third succeeded in escaping. The bandits were on their way to rob a bank in Southern Ind^na.— AurN.Z. Cable Assn.
