BETTER SYSTEM SUGGESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Eight hundred members of the Wellington Waterside Workers’ Union have decided to take a ballot on the rotary scheme, tentatively agreed upon by the union executive and the employers of waterside labor, to provide a more equitable distribution of work.
