TRADE WITH RUSSIA.
OPERATIONS BY GERMANY. AN AGREEMENT MADE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 23, 11.50 p.m. Berlin, Oct. 22. Advices from Moscow state the Soviet Government has ratified an agreement with Otto Wolff as to a consortium comprising a number of large German industrial works, by which a Russo-German trading company will be established with a capital of three hundred gold roubles, and it will have trade concessions for import and export. The consortium will grant the company goods to the credit of seyen and a-half million gold roubles, and a further five millions to the Russian Government. •*— Reuter Service.
